Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Maqola MS Word formatida, Times New Roman 12 pt, 1 interval, A4, barcha hoshiyalar 2 sm, hajmi 6–10 bet. / MS Word, Times New Roman 12 pt, интервал 1.0, A4, поля 2 см, объём 6–10 стр. / MS Word, Times New Roman 12 pt, single spacing, A4, 2 cm margins, 6–10 pages.
  • UDK, maqola nomi, annotatsiya (8–10 qator) va kalit so‘zlar (10–15 ta) o‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida berilgan. / УДК, название, аннотация (8–10 строк) и ключевые слова (10–15) на трёх языках. / UDC, title, abstract (8–10 lines) and keywords (10–15) are provided in Uzbek, Russian and English.
  • Maqola Kirish, Usullar, Natijalar, Muhokama va Xulosa bo‘limlaridan iborat; adabiyotlarga havolalar [1] ko‘rinishida. / Структура IMRAD; ссылки в виде [1]. / The manuscript follows the Introduction–Methods–Results–Discussion–Conclusion structure; citations are formatted as [1].
  • Mualliflar orasida fan doktori bo‘lmasa, fan doktori yoki nomzodining rasmiy taqrizi ilova qilingan. / При отсутствии доктора наук среди авторов приложена официальная рецензия. / If no author holds a Doctor of Science degree, a formal review by a Doctor or Candidate of Science is attached.
  • Mualliflar jurnalning nashr etikasi talablari bilan tanishgan va ularga rioya qiladi. / Авторы ознакомлены с требованиями публикационной этики. / The authors have read and comply with the journal’s publication ethics.

Author Guidelines

Ilmiy jurnalda maqolalarni chop etish uchun rasmiylashtirishga qo‘yiladigan talablar

1. Jizzax politexnika institutining “JizPI xabarnomasi” («ВЕСТНИК ДЖизПИ», “BULLETIN OF JizPI”) da Respublikamizning oliy ta’lim va ilmiy-tadqiqot institutlari, ilmiy-ishlab chiqarish markazlari va xorijda bajarilgan ilmiy ahamiyatga molik ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarining natijalari nashr etiladi. Ilmiy jurnal bir yilda to‘rt marta chop etilib, unda quyidagi yo‘nalishlar bo‘yicha maqolalar e’lon qilinadi:

  • avtomobillar va qishloq xo‘jalik mashinalari;
  • axborot texnologiyalari va kompyuter grafikasi;
  • to‘qimachilik va yengil sanoat materiallari texnologiyasi;
  • mashinasozlik, asbobsozlik, metrologiya;
  • energetika va elektrotexnika;
  • qurilish;
  • qisqa xabarlar.

2. Tahririyatga taqdim etilayotgan maqola mualliflarining tarkibida fan doktori bo‘lmagan taqdirda tegishli fan yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha fan doktori yoki nomzodining rasmiy taqrizi bo‘lishi shart. Maqolalar o‘zbek, rus yoki ingliz tillarida taqdim etilishi mumkin. Maqolaning nomi, qisqacha annotasiyasi (8-10 qator) va kalit so‘zlar (10-15 ta) o‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida beriladi.

3. Maqola matni “MS Word” dasturida “Times New Roman” shriftida 12 pt o‘lchamda, 1 intervalda, hajmi 6-10 bet bo‘lishi kerak. Varaq o‘lchami 210x297 mm (A4-format), matn chegara o‘lchamlari yuqoridan va pastdan – 2,0 sm, chapdan – 2,0 sm, o‘ngdan – 2,0 sm bo‘lishi lozim.

4. Maqolani rasmiylashtirish qoidalari quyidagilardan iborat:

Maqola boshining chap tomonida UDK, keyingi qatorda maqolaning nomi o‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida (bosh harflarda, o‘rtada, qalin yozuvda (jirniy)), undan keyingi qatorda mualliflar to‘g‘risidagi ma’lumotlar (familiyasi, ismi, otasining ismi, ish joyi, lavozimi, ilmiy darajasi va unvoni, elektron manzili hamda telefon raqamlari) o‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida kichik bosma harflarda yoziladi, qisqacha annotasiyasi (8-10 qator) va kalit so‘zlar (10-15 ta) o‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida beriladi;

Maqolaning annotasiyasi (abstract) ya’ni maqolaning qisqacha mazmunida maqsadi (objective), usullari (methods), natijalari (results) va xulosa (conclusion) qismlari qisqacha yoritilib o‘tilishi shart. Chunki maqola annotasiyasini o‘qib chiqib, olim maqolani to‘liq o‘qishga qaror qilishi uchun maqolaning asosiy tushunchalarini yetarlicha tushunishi kerak. Annotasiyadan so‘ng mavzuga tegishli terminlar, kalit so‘zlar (keywords) ham keltirilishi kerak;

Maqolaning asosiy qismida Kirish (Introduction), usullari (methods), natijalar (results), muhokamalar (discussion) va xulosalar (conclusion) bo‘limlari aniq ma’lumotlar asosida yoritib berilishi kerak. Bir qatordan so‘ng maqola matni yoziladi. Maqoladagi formulalar Math Type 7.0 Equation yoki Microsoft Equation 3.0 da yoziladi. Rasm (grafik, sxema va chizma)lar standart qoidalarga rioya qilingan holda 10x10 sm dan katta bo‘lmagan o‘lchamda tayyorlanishi, ularning soni 5 tagacha, qisqa xabarlarda esa 2 tagacha ruxsat etiladi. Nomlari esa rasmdan so‘ng qalin yozuvda o‘rtada yoziladi (1-rasm. Nomi). Jadvallarning nomlari jadvalning yuqori qismida qalin yozuvda o‘rtada yoziladi (1-jadval. Nomi). Adabiyotlarga havolalar maqola ichida [1] ko‘rinishda bo‘lib, foydalanilgan adabiyotlar maqola oxirida havolalar ketma-ketligi tartibida beriladi.

5. Tahririyat barcha maqolalarni taqrizga yuboradi, ushbu taqriz natijalari asosida maqolani chop etish masalasi bo‘yicha tegishli qaror qabul qiladi.

6. Yuqoridagi talablarga javob bermaydigan maqolalar tahririyat tomonidan ko‘rib chiqilmaydi.

7. Keltirilgan talablar yakuniy emas, ba’zi maqolalar borasida tahririyat qo‘shimcha ma’lumot so‘rash huquqini saqlaydi.

Требования к оформлению статей для публикации в научном журнале

  1. В научно-техническом журнале «Вестник ДжизПИ» («JIZPI XABARNOMASI», «BULLETIN OF JizPI») Джизакского политехнического института публикуются результаты научно-исследовательских работ, имеющих научную значимость, выполненных в высших образовательных и научно-исследовательских учреждениях Республики Узбекистан, научно-производственных центрах и зарубежных организациях. Журнал выходит четыре раза в год и принимает к публикации статьи по следующим направлениям:

    • Автомобили и сельскохозяйственные машины;

    • Информационные технологии и компьютерная графика;

    • Технология текстильных материалов и изделий легкой промышленности;

    • Машиностроение, приборостроение, метрология;

    • Энергетика и электротехника;

    • Строительство;

    • Краткие сообщения.

  2. Если среди авторов статьи отсутствует доктор наук, в обязательном порядке прилагается официальная рецензия доктора или кандидата наук по соответствующему научному профилю. Статьи могут быть представлены на узбекском, русском или английском языках. Название статьи, аннотация (8–10 строк) и ключевые слова (10–15 слов) предоставляются на всех трех языках.

  3. Текст статьи должен быть набран в редакторе MS Word шрифтом Times New Roman (12 pt), межстрочный интервал — 1.0, объем — от 6 до 10 страниц. Формат страницы — А4 (210x297 мм), поля: верхнее, нижнее, левое и правое — по 2,0 см.

  4. Правила оформления статьи:

    • В левом верхнем углу указывается код УДК. В следующей строке — название статьи на трех языках (заглавными буквами, полужирным шрифтом, по центру). Далее следуют сведения об авторах (ФИО, место работы, должность, ученая степень и звание, e-mail и контактные телефоны) на трех языках.

    • Аннотация (Abstract): должна кратко отражать цель (objective), методы (methods), результаты (results) и выводы (conclusion). Текст аннотации должен давать полное представление об основном содержании работы. После аннотации приводятся ключевые слова (keywords).

    • Основная часть: должна быть четко структурирована на разделы: Введение (Introduction), Методы (Methods), Результаты (Results), Обсуждение (Discussion) и Выводы (Conclusion).

    • Формулы набираются в MathType 7.0 или Microsoft Equation 3.0. Рисунки (графики, схемы) должны соответствовать стандартам, размер — до 10x10 см. Количество рисунков — до 5 (в кратких сообщениях — до 2-х). Подписи к рисункам и заголовки таблиц оформляются полужирным шрифтом по центру.

    • Ссылки на литературу в тексте оформляются в квадратных скобках [1]. Список литературы приводится в конце статьи в порядке цитирования.

  5. Редакция направляет все статьи на рецензирование и на основании полученных отзывов принимает решение о публикации.

  6. Статьи, не соответствующие вышеуказанным требованиям, редакцией не рассматриваются.

  7. Данные требования не являются окончательными; редакция оставляет за собой право запрашивать дополнительную информацию по отдельным статьям.

Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation and Submission to the Scientific Journal

  1. The "Bulletin of JizPI" ("JIZPI XABARNOMASI"), a scientific and technical journal of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, publishes significant research findings from higher education institutions, research institutes, and industrial centers within the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad. The journal is published quarterly and covers the following research areas:

    • Automotive and Agricultural Machinery;

    • Information Technology and Computer Graphics;

    • Technology of Textile and Light Industry Materials;

    • Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, and Metrology;

    • Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering;

    • Civil Engineering;

    • Short Communications.

  2. Manuscripts submitted by authors without a Doctor of Science degree must be accompanied by a formal review from a Doctor or Candidate of Science in the relevant field. Articles may be submitted in Uzbek, Russian, or English. The title, abstract (8–10 lines), and keywords (10–15 words) must be provided in all three languages.

  3. Manuscripts must be formatted in MS Word using Times New Roman (12 pt), with single line spacing. The length should be 6–10 pages. Paper size: A4 (210x297 mm); Margins: top, bottom, left, and right — 2.0 cm each.

  4. Formatting Rules:

    • The UDC code must be placed in the upper left corner. The article title follows in bold, uppercase, and centered, in three languages. Author details (full name, affiliation, position, academic degree/title, email, and phone number) must follow in small print.

    • Abstract: This section must concisely cover the Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The abstract should provide enough clarity for the scientific community to understand the core concepts. Keywords related to the subject must follow the abstract.

    • Main Body: The manuscript must be clearly structured into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

    • Mathematical formulas must be composed in MathType 7.0 or Microsoft Equation 3.0. Figures (graphs, diagrams) must comply with standard rules, with a maximum size of 10x10 cm. The limit is 5 figures (2 for short communications). Figure captions and table titles must be centered and bold.

    • Citations within the text should be formatted as [1]. The reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript in the order of citation.

  5. The Editorial Board subjects all manuscripts to peer review and makes publication decisions based on the review results.

  6. Manuscripts that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements will not be considered for review.

  7. These requirements are not exhaustive; the Editorial Board reserves the right to request additional information regarding specific manuscripts.
